Jeffrey A. Koncius - Senior Associate

Jeff Koncius graduated law school from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York, New York, where he was a Supervising Editor of the Law Review. He received his BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore, Maryland.
He is licensed to practice law in California, New Jersey and New York.
Jeff has been a civil litigator for his entire career, and has litigated complex matters in federal and state courts. With experience in all aspects of civil trial and appellate practice, he now concentrates on consumer class actions. Jeff has served as Class Counsel for hundreds of thousands of consumers and has recovered millions of dollars in settlements, including $4.3 million of overcharges to be returned by a telecom company to a class of more than 318,000 low income consumers.
