The Court HAS GRANTED FINAL APPROVAL of the E*Trade Privacy Class Action.  However, NO PAYMENTS, can yet be made, since TWO law firms have filed "objections" to the settlement.  While Judge Kuhl overruled the objections these attorneys have now filed their "Notice of Appeal."  Both of these firms have routinely objected to class actions settlements.  Until the objections are resolved either by way of appeal or otherwise NO payments can be made.  I regret this delay and will do all that can be done to expedite the ultimate distribution of the settlement fund.  Thank you all for your understanding and patience.
