Kiesel Appointed Co-Lead Counsel Hilton Hotels Litigation
Paul R. Kiesel Was appointed co-lead counsel of a mandatory non-opt out class action involving the 24 billion dollar purchase of Hilton Hotels by the Blackstone Group. Several lawsuits were filed challenging the disclosure made to shareholders arising out of the Blackstone purchase. Kiesel was appointed to act as co-lead counsel in this pending litigation.
