San Diego Diocese Settles 198 Million

The Diocese of San Diego agreed to a settlement of the pending molestation claims agreeing to pay 198 million dollars on behalf of 144 survivors of clergy molestation. Kiesel Boucher Larson was Liaison Counsel for the San Diego Diocese cases. These were the last of the California Diocese cases to resolve. Again a mechanism has been developed to insure the release of historical records documenting the diocese awareness of this tragic situation.
