Child Molestation Cases

KBL continue to represent approximatley 300 victims of molestation. The first Los Angeles molestation trial against the Catholic Church is scheduled to begin on July 9, 2007. KBL as "Liasion" Counsel as assisted in the settlement in approximatley 150 cases throughout Southern California. The settlements have brought some closure to the surivors while also ensuring the release of important Church documents detailing the unfortunate history of molestation in the Catholic Church.
