CarsDirect.com Class Action Settlement
Kiesel, Boucher & Larson, LLP has recently settled a national class action lawsuit on behalf of plaintiffs whose calls may have been recorded or monitored by CarsDirect.com. <a href="/documents/CD_Notice.pdf" target="_blank">Click Here</a> to Download the Notice of Settlement. On June 28, 2005, the Honorable Peter Lichtman, granted final approval for this class action. Class members will be afforded the opportunity to submit a claim for compensation through September 28, 2005.
